AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

An aromatherapy massage combines the therapeutic use of essential plant oils with a slow tempo massage to promote a general feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. 30 minutes back, neck and shoulders £25: 60 minutes full body massage (females only) £40: 90 minutes full body massage to include a mini reiki, reflexology or head massage (females only) £50

Holistic facial and skin care advice using The Body Shop products. 60 minutes. £40

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot basalt stones are used in combination with traditional massage techniques to encourage those 'knots' to melt away. 30 minutes back, neck and shoulders £30

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Your upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, head and face are massaged while you sit in a comfortable chair. This can be booked in the comfort of your room if you wish. 30 minutes £25: 60 minutes £40

REFLEXOLOGY
