Useful Information Rooms Rooms are available by 2–3pm, on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to vacate their bedrooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. If the reservation is cancelled and we are able to re-let the room(s) there will be no further charges and your deposit (if taken) will be refunded. Cancellations Cancellations are only accepted by telephone and then in writing to the hotel. You will be issued with a cancellation number. Accounts Christmas and New Year Tariffs Annual Closure We regret that no allowance can be made for occasional absence from the Hotel or meals not taken. Although we shall endeavour to maintain the rates, we reserve the right to alter them as necessary. |
