Useful Information

Rooms
All rooms have Freeview digital flat-screen television, telephone and courtesy tray. Deluxe rooms include a DVD player.

Rooms are available by 2-3pm, on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to vacate their bedrooms by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Dress
It is preferred that gentlemen wear a tie for Dinner; however smart casual attire is acceptable.

Smoking
We operate a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel building.

Disabilities and Special Needs
Please advise reception when booking, of any disability, medical condition or food allergy that could affect your stay.

Baby Listening
A mobile baby listening facility is available.

Dogs
Are accepted by prior arrangement at a charge of £5.50 daily, excluding food. No admittance into the Restaurant. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the public rooms.

Extras
Flowers/champagne/chocolates can be arranged in your bedroom for arrival; please ask when booking.

Internet
In the lounges, free Wi-Fi access is available for residents.

Confirmation of terms
All rooms are offered subject to being available on receipt of confirmation.

To confirm a reservation we will ask for your credit or debit card details (or, if you prefer, a £50.00 cheque per room). If the reservation is cancelled and we are able to re-let the room(s) there will be no further charges and your deposit (if taken) will be refunded.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation within one month of your arrival and we are unable to relet the room(s) OR in the event of non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your booking. Every effort is made to re-let accommodation; holiday cancellation insurance cover is available, please ask for details.

Cancellations are only accepted by telephone and then in writing to the hotel. You will be issued with a cancellation number.

Accounts
To settle your account at the end of your stay we accept debit cards (Visa Debit, Maestro, Electron or Solo) or a cheque or cash. If a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) is used we will add an additional 2% transaction fee to cover our banking charges.

Christmas and New Year Tariffs
Available in September.

Annual Closure
The hotel will be closed from 2nd January 2012 - 8th February 2012 inclusive.

We regret that no allowance can be made for occasional absence from the Hotel or meals not taken. Although we shall endeavour to maintain the rates, we reserve the right to alter them as necessary.
